It's Friday night before a Saturday travel day. I cancelled the booking just now, which is 8 hours before pickup because I didn't get a response from the agency/office about wether or not the storefront is actually open on Saturday and if it was possible to add another day to my reservation. I wish I could give this place a negative O stars this has been one of the worst experiences of my life I rented a car from this company and I got there today and when I arrived there was no one there or no cars but there was a man in a white van but I had no idea it was him and he drove off so quick I stood outside in the blistering cold trying to contact the supervisor who then said that the shop is closed and no other way to get the rental. Rented a car got to the place for a thanksgiving trip and the guy wouldn’t rent to me saying I don’t have insurance. My credit card has insurance on it. He was also rude and disrespectful towards me. Avoid at all costs

The ony thing great about rentng from this company was returning it! Why did I drive it off the sidewalk...because I NEEDED a vehicle to get to two company events happening over the weekend and had NO OTHER WAY to get to them! The vehicle was DIRTY! The male that walked me through the process of getting the vehicle from them that day half azz vacuumed the vehicle, yet the vehicle was visibly DIRTY!
