IM NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE,....... BAD BAD SERVICE I THEY TRY TO MAKE MONEY OVER YOU. They have very horrible cars
The car they gave me was very old, with almost 100,000 miles on it. The remote control to lock and unlock the doors didn’t work, so I had to use the key manually, feels completely outdated nowadays. On top of that, every time I pressed the brakes there was a loud noise, which didn’t feel safe at all. The car also couldn’t connect to Waze (Android Auto), and they didn’t provide an E-ZPass device for tolls, which made driving even more difficult and frustrating. Made a reservation for a car on their website and when I called to confirm they informed me they don't carry that type of vehicle but I specifically wanted that! Let alone their website allowed me to even mwke the reservation!
The car was in terrible condition Zero customer service
