Ms. Hernandez’s secretary gave me two appointments to complete the taxes and both times could not receive us because she said, she had an emergency. After 8 days with no response I called the secretary again and she said that she didn’t knew nothing about Mrs. Hernandez and did not knew when she would return to the office, and she gave me the option to pick up my documents. Was recommended this office by a friend, and I have to say Mrs. Hernandez was so helpful! She even went as far as helping me plan for next years taxes! I would recommend this office and this staff to everyone, bilingual or not! Cant wait to go in next year!

Well, our experience was the total opposite of this individual. The staff at EZ Bilingual Services, LLC went out of their way to help us out. They took our family needs into consideration. We met personally with Mrs. Deborah Hernandez and she made sure we left with all of our questions answered. We have had dealings with difficult, unreasonable people who want everything done their way in the past and we can honestly say that this office doesn't have anyone like that at all. Highly recommend their services.
Had several documents needed to be translated they did them very quickly and professionally! Highly recommend them for any type of translation work.
I normally file my taxes myself, but this year I went to EZ Bilingual, and I have to say Mrs. Hernandez was great. She took helped me file my taxes, and told me about write offs I didn't even know I could claim. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me get back more than would have doing it alone. I will defiantly be returning to here next tax season.
