Horrible. My daughter was given a rental car while hers was being worked on. A rock chipped the windshield and while she was in the hospital having a baby, someone swiped the driver side quarter panel in the parking lot. She went to turn it in, and get her car back not knowing about the scuff on the quarter panel. They made her file claims on her car insurance for a new windshield and a claim to fix the quarter panel. I get that this is policy.
