I made arrangements for them to collect me, I said I will pay before I ride, As arranged. They cancelled my ride and left me stranded at the Cape Town Airport.

From the scheduling with Dorrie to the actual ride it was perfect! We have used them a number of times between 2019 and now. They are great. All of their drivers are punctual and professional; the cars are clean and kept up; and most importantly, they were on time both pickup at home and picking up from the airport.

Taxi Terry transported us to and from the Jacksonville Airport on our Vacation to St. Simon's. He's a fantastic driver and incredibly friendly. He told us all about Jacksonville, Florida and many other interesting things. We honestly had a great time on the hour long drive both times. You're such a cool guy Terry! He also accommodated a much earlier pickup time that we requested last minute. Thank you Terry and Dory for helping to make our trip memorable and providing reliable transportation to us. 😊
