I had the best ride at the crack of dawn on a Saturday with Terry. He scooped me up on on the the most remote locations I have every been to (at an Airbnb advertised as a “quiet spot in the country” with a nearly impassable dirt driveway.) We had great communication, he and Dori made it work, and had a great conversation on the way to catch my flight. Will call them again for airport drop-offs FOR SURE!!! Thank you! -Rachel Angelini

Fear not, ditch all the trendy operations to get you where you need to go. Terry ,Dorrie and team are the real deal. Prompt, professional, and courteous this team gets you there without a care!👍

I made arrangements for them to collect me, I said I will pay before I ride, As arranged. They cancelled my ride and left me stranded at the Cape Town Airport.

From the scheduling with Dorrie to the actual ride it was perfect! We have used them a number of times between 2019 and now. They are great. All of their drivers are punctual and professional; the cars are clean and kept up; and most importantly, they were on time both pickup at home and picking up from the airport.

EZ Shuttle is absolutely wonderful!! From reservation to airport pickup to dropoff at UF, they make the process so easy for students and reassuring for parents. Greatly appreciate their organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness!! Thank you for taking care of our students! Sincerely, Meena B
