I had a broken frame I had purchased elsewhere and wanted to explore my options for avoiding having to spend hundreds of dollars on new glasses. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. At her advice I searched online and was surprised to find my exact frame being sold by someone very affordable. I purchased it and she was able to take my lenses, which were fine, and place them into the new to me frames.
