I’ve been going to Eyewear Junkie for a while now. And each time has been a great experience!
After my eye doctor stopped carrying my insurance I made the decision to try Eyewear Junkie and I am so glad I did! Their office not only has a cool atmosphere, but every single person I interacted with was so helpful and personable, from intake, the exam, to picking out new glasses. When all was said and done I was able to get a new pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses (both with warranties) for so much less than I've ever gotten them from my previous eye doctor. I am happy to move all of my eye care needs here!
The staff and their doctors are top notched. There were a few minor issues, but they stood by their products. If I could, I would give them 11 out of 10. Highly recommend this business! Many thanks.
We had a very wonderful experience here at eyewsre junkie Sam helped us with our problem with my son's glasses she was very fast and efficient and got the job done wonderfully. She is a very great employee.Thank you eyewear junkie
I showed up for my appointment and I was told that the doctor was gone for the day. No advance notice after I drove all the way there. Definitely not an emergency, but this is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
