Absolutely horrible service from the receptionist. We were made to feel completely unwelcome and despite wanting to look at glasses on the wall, she kept directing us back to a box of ugly budget glasses which I’m assuming she thought were more in my price range. I should have left the store but out of principle stayed. After picking a frame for my daughter, instead of completing the transaction she proceeded to hand me a piece of paper ‘if I ever wanted to come back and purchase them’ I guess still implying I couldn’t affor... read more
I really like Eyes On Brassall staff. I have found them to be understanding, friendly and very helpful. I am able to layby my glasses within a 2 month period which is really great when life gets in the way. I have been going there for years and they always do their very best to assist me.
Great service. My frames came apart around the lenses as well as the nose mount broke from usual wear and tear. Took them in. Repaired free within 10 minutes all with friendly smiles. They also gave me a new glasses case, cleaning cloth and cleaned my lenses. Excellent service.
Excellent customer service, well beyond my expectations. Thanks to my overwhelmingly positive experiences dealing with the team here, my wife has also decided to mover her business to Eyes on Brassall.
