Best optical store in the lower mainland, hands down. Our family buys all our frames from here. Kevin & Alan run an excellent business and take excellent care of their customers. They always stock an excellent variety and some exclusive models too. Don't spend your money anywhere else.
This is something that happened to me a few years ago but still bothers me to this day. One of your associates I don’t remember what his name is put through a claim when I hadn’t even purchased any glasses yet. Now thinking about it, it was definitely purposeful in taking advantage of someone who may be naive. I thought what was discussed was a predetermination but it was not.
