First time today. Dr was amazing and so was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience. Could not get my glasses right away (I am ok with that, knew I wanted extras) no big deal. I will one hundred percent recommend to my friends, family, and anyone that asks
Great experience! Had the frames I wanted. Taking 2 weeks due to special lenses which was no problem and I got a second pair for 0 dollars. They said I could pick them up in an hour. I came back in about an hour and they were done! Actually were done in 22 minutes!! Fit perfectly! Very satisfying experience! The people that waited on me were experienced and thorough and nice to deal with!
We have been getting our glasses at Eyemart express for many years. We have always been satisfied with the quick service and quality products. I don’t know any other place where you could get glasses of this quality at this price in less than an hour. We will continue to use Eyemart express in the future.
Dr Smith & the staff at Jackson Eye Mart are great & Dr Smith is great & very pleasant & has been so helpful when he detected I had a cataract problem which I needed cataract surgery a little over a year later then finding out only 6 mos later I was developing macular degeneration in my eyes then developing a macular tear in right eye which he got me into a retinal specialist right away & had surgery for the tear within 3 weeks.
