The staff here are all amazing and do a great job. Dr. W. Darrell Smith took great care of me, explained things very well, and provided me with some great information. I will definitely be coming back here. On the floor, Cindy did a nice job helping me out with my insurance and making the best selection on a couple of frames that I was looking at. The sunglasses were completed in less than an hour after I completed the order. The everyday eyeglasses came back in less than five days. Ahead of schedule. Wonderful service.

Bad experience. We walk in the lady says we’re covered with our insurance only would have a co pay of 10$. We go through the full appointment and have to pay way more than 10$ for the co pay they said we’d have. We end up paying the amount they gave us. We get over to pick our glasses that we were told that was covered by our insurance get to the desk to check out and have to pay even more out of pocket.
