I have used Eyemart Express for several years. I started for the price but I continue for their outstanding service. Nancy, Emma and the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in your selection and after the sale they are still happy to replace pads or readjust your frames and give your glasses a good cleaning. They have always accommodated me with whatever I needed and in a very personable way. I’ve purchased glasses from this location ever since the doors opened, I’ve purchased at least thirteen pairs of glasses. I wanted to recycle 4 pair of my most recent glasses this year to save money because my vision had gotten better. I don’t wear the same glasses every day therefore all my glasses are in good condition but one of the workers try to tell me they couldn’t change my lenses because all my frames were damaged and that was not true.
