Emma did an amazing job taking care of all three of us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and efficient. I came to get my glasses and Reese (I believe) did a fantastic job of fitting them for me. A great experience all the way through.

I tried Eyemart after a huge disappointment from another optical store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Then while browsing I was assisted again. The doctor was beyond thorough! He took his time and helped me understand more about my vision. Reception was kid friendly and welcoming. Finally Emma helped me understand the different options for my glasses. She was educated, patient, and felt like having a conversation with a friend. I’m so glad I was referred! Pleasantly surprised to see customer service is still a thing!

I received the worst pair of glasses ever. The bifocals have a terrible line through them. I can't work or walk up camper stairs with them on without tripping. I can't read my computer screen at all, unless I am 12 inches away. Useless to me. I should have gotten single vision. Just disappointing and not happy.
