The customer service from Eyeglass.com is better than that of any other company I've dealt with - I'm not kidding. I happen to like some frames that are hard to find, as are the sunglass clip-ons that fit them. Over the years, Samantha has been extraordinarily helpful in tracking down what I wanted.
