I purchased two sets of lenses for two pairs of Oakley frames at the EyeglassFactory Outlet. I received my first shipment and the astigmatism axis in the left lens was wrong on both pairs of glasses. I made several attempts to contact EyeglassFactory Outlet, but was later told that my emails had gone to the inbox which, of course, I was then told they later corrected. Watch out for Eyeglass Factory Outlet (Glasseseyeglassfactoryoutlet.com) . I ordered frames online, the frame measurements were incorrect on their website. The glasses took several weeks to arrive, as they forgot to dispatch in a timely manner. I was charged an additional duty tax , which I wasn't made aware at the time, so in the end the frames were a lot expensive. They have agreed to return the frames for a full refund but I have only received a partial refund (ridiculous) , and I am still disputing a full refund. They h... read more
