My first pair of glasses, as a kid, were purchased at the Eyeglass Factory. I continue to purchase my glasses here even though I live in NY. Cari and the gang take excellent care of my needs and ship the finished product to me. I’m treated like family and support this local merchant.
I can’t say enough good things about this local eyeglass shop. I’ve been a customer for 18 years, and I’ve always been 100% satisfied with the service I receive. What really sets them apart is the personal, one-on-one attention. You’re never rushed—they truly take the time to make sure everything is just right. This place is amazing! The people are so friendly, helpful and patient. I had to go back in to glasses, progressives to make it worse, after 30 years of freedom. Laser surgery. I was dreading it. The ladies listened to all my concerns. Helped meet my requests and made me feel heard and understood. The environment is casual enough to be welcoming backed by VERY professional and skilled friendly folks. I can't recommend them highly enough. THANK YOU!
Terrible customer service! And won’t let you have information that you already paid for once you’re gone unless you come back and pay for it again ! Very unprofessional and even have dogs running around inside the patients glass room !
