Second time I have dealt with them! Found Dan to be soft spoken - and will give you an honest opinion if requested in how glasses look like on you! Pricing is right - prescription glasses made up quickly and have them in my hands within 10 days or sooner! Great place to deal with - hidden treasure of a shop!!
Dan and his Associate were so helpful with my new glasses and sunglasses. They are so knowledgeable and helpful ! We have used Eyecraft optical for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else.,Thank you both for your service.
Horrible experience. Took forever to get my new glasses...in the end they were about 3 months late with me naggings regularly to get them. Then they did not have the magnetic attached sunglasses and they gave me some cheap snap-on type...horrible. Never open when the website says they are and every time i call, i only get the voicemail. You need to have your doors open and answer your phone when you say you are there and open...will NEVER use this retailer again!
My voicemails are not being answered. I’ve no idea when the store is actually open as recorded message is not updated. Communication with clients is simple by phone or text, no excuse Dan.
