I would highly recommend this place, They are very nice and patient. This I know for a fact, as I put Adrian thru hell by having to try and get my glasses to fit for over 1 1/2 hours. Prisms are hard to work with, but she is very willing, and stayed pleasant thru out the whole thing. They also do call backs to make sure things are working okay. They are still a bit off, but I hate the idea of telling her that. I think the prescription is wrong, but I don't know if I can get another one, without paying another load of money.
I went in for an exam and to get new glasses and contacts, I was so impressed. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Barney was so knowledgeable and the exam was super thorough. 1,000/10 would recommend.
This office will tell you they accept insurance, wait until the end of your appointment to tell you they don't accept your insurance, and then charge you for it. My family has to pay a bill we weren't expecting because this office is deceptive and quite rude. If you have BCBS do not go here.
Fell off of a horse while on vaca. Face took the brunt of it. Glasses, wonky. Called Eye Glass Professionals and they fixed them immediately, and with the most pleasant disposition. Thank you for your help! You guys were life savers!!
A+ Consistently great customer service, and Adrienne and Dr. Kreselok are great to work with!
