Have spent a lot on glasses at this store over the years but have been very disappointed in the last few weeks. Purchased my son a pair of glasses less than six months ago and boys being boys he broke them however how he said they broke should not have separated from frame. Took them back to the store and we were understanding in the fact he broke his glasses had no insurance on them even though I remember asking if they were broken could be brought back and repaired so bought him a new pair on Saturday and took back 10 days... read more

Poor service, not helpful and totally lied to me saying they called me to inform me about needing a new prescription. Incompetent and rude (to the point of yelling at me) a total waste of time.....

Best experience! The staff were extremely knowledge in helping me pick out the right frames for my new glasses. This was all new to me and they help made me feel super comfortable with the whole experience. Awesome staff. Thanks so much for my new glasses!!

I always find buying new eyewear a very stressful process but here the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. They were very honest when I asked for their opinions and offered many recommendations. I definitely recommendation this place for anyone who also finds buying new glasses overwhelming since they make the experience so simple and easy

Great experience! Customer service was superb. Individuals working there were very helpful and helped me pick the right frames!! I would 10/10 recommend this store to people trying to purchase glasses!
