Two pair of glasses I could never see out of. Made the second pair sound like I was getting a deal. $500. for cheaply made lenses /frames I never wore. I do not recommend. Expensive lesson learned.
Wow the reviews here couldn't be anymore eye opening. I wish I had read these before going here to get a pair of glasses. If you want to be a part of a SCAM, then go here. Couldn't be anymore shady. They even charged my card when they were not authorized to and then wouldn't give me a refund. To bad I can't leave them 0 stars, because that's what they would get.
Website clearly states that they’re open at 10:00 am. Was there at 10:15, doors locked, not a soul in the parking lot.
Terrible! Poor service. No communication . I brought in a pair of eyeglasses for repair. Same day, I also left a deposit on another pair. This was was over 5 weeks ago! I have called Eyeglass Outlet many times. They do NOT return my calls. They have my money and my glasses. Now, they don't even answer the phone. Next step small claims court.
