Consistent over the years I have been coming to Eye Openers ever since Dr. Hinspeter opened this practice. I have been extremely satisfied with the exam process. I was even able to examine the basics of my records to see the progression of my change in vision. You need to let them know your usage: driving, TV, computer, smartphone or reading. Poor customer service Consistently poor customer service over a period of time; one keeps hoping that conditions will improve and give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are just having a bad day, but seriously, folks, don't waste your time as we did, with Eye Openers. The receptionist, Christina, had an attitude every single time we asked for help with anything, from booking appointments, to general questions, to working out claims issues.
