I can only give it four stars because I'm so disappointed the shop has gone out of business, at least at this location. I just moved here and was looking forward to shopping here more regularly.
My husband & I have always found their service and knowledge invalueable...have even made special trips from overseas for their input.
Such a wonderful visit to this shop today. It was my first visit, since I am vacationing here. I walked in with a mess on my needles! The owner's daughter patiently fixed the problem. She and her mother were very warm and friendly, and we had a nice conversation while working on my project. I bought some yarn and needles and walked out with a smile on my face. Sure wish they were located near my home in Michigan!
This was my first visit to Eye of the Needle. I had made an error with the blanket I was making and to make matters worse I attempted to fix it myself. I went to Eye of the Needle and Trudy was outstanding!! She fixed the error with patience and expertise. She would accept no payment but invited me back to buy yarn and enjoy the shop. Thank-you Trudy
