I really appreciated the time and care Burl gave my loved one. Trying hearing aids was a big step, and Burl really listened to our situation, was patient and kind, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the best option for our needs. I never felt rushed or pressured. He also helped us navigate the insurance process and clearly explained what to expect along the way. I’m very grateful for the care and attention Burl gave us throughout the process.
Excellent experience, would recommend to friends and family.
Out standard place there so nice and helpful
Excellent customer service and friendly, expert advice.
Burl was a pleasure to work with for my hearing test, thanks
