I've been going to EHS in East Bridgewater since I was 16 for my contact prescriptions. I saw Dr. Goodman, she was lovely and I have 0 complaints about her (she's now retired). I was going to see her every other year as my vision has been stable for quite some time. I called a couple weeks ago to order contacts, I was told that a) Dr. Goodman retired, b) that I hadn't been seen in 3 years and needed an appointment before getting contacts. My boys appointment was at 4pm, it’s now 6pm and the “specialist” hasn’t even seen him yet. Don’t come here unless you enjoy waiting hours for what should have been a 15 minute follow up exam…..
Been waiting 1.5 and still have not seen the Dr. Pleet. This is not good service.
Friendly, professional, and patient. I hadn’t been to the eye doctors in over 10 years prior due to a bad experience at a different facility. They made me feel so comfortable! Dr McKee was especially kind and gentle. Thank you for such a positive experience!
