Really bad place... in a rush and went to the optician section to purchase Croakers for my glasses. Just pay cash and run. An obstinate clerk at the desk said she did not take cash ... only cards and would take some time to set up an account for me. Like I was doing her a favor...I just left and went to CVS. I do not recommend this place, and I think the manager needs to be schooled in how to teach employees about customer service. Compared to other places, they have a teally low tating. I'm never going back.

Took a friend to OCB for a rental treatment. This is now part of OCB. IT IS NOT EYE HEALTH SERVICES.
I have been going to Dr. Dale Oates for many, many years and I think he’s wonderful. Very knowledgeable and kind. I will say that they NEVER run on time and often the wait is long but he is worth it. However, today I had an appointment at 2:45 and arrived at approximately 2:40. After waiting for 45 minutes, I finally went up to the desk and asked how many people would Dr. Oates be seeing before he got to me. I was told 6 people were in front of me. Talk about overbooking!
