I broke my frame as I was preparing for a trip. I went to the store to see if what my options were, afraid that the problem I had would spoil the trip. Teresa ordered the replacement frame and I got it the next day. Great service! I would recommend them for your next purchase of glasses.
Great docs good selection
Terrible service. Rude staff. No apology for screw up. Staff acts like they are doing you a favor for being a customer. I can think of no worse place in Omaha to do business. Even Walmart treats their customers better, and at least at Walmart you can talk to a manager that CARES. Not here. If as a customer, you enjoy being treated like you are not valued, and a nuisance, this is the place for you. Shameful and embarrassing. Being located in the "professional" building is an oxymoron.
