I came in last fall for glasses. I purchased oakley glasses and prescription safety glasses and returned to pick them up the next time I was able to. My oakleys came in bent and they were unable to straighten them, which is fine and I understand that's not their fault. They let me take the ones that had come in and said they would allow me to return and exchange the bent ones for the new ones.
