Dropped yesterday inquiring whether they can rectify the accidentally damaged frame of my reading glasses. The optician promptly fixed my glasses although they were not made originally by the Eye Care Centre. When I asked her how much I had to pay she said “no charge”. Great service and friendly people.
Fantastic place from top to bottom. They really took care of my whole families eye care needs! I review very few places, so trust me, you won't be disappointed.
I recently visited the Eye Care Centre and had the pleasure of working with Cassie. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain my new prescription and breaking down what had changed and why I had been struggling with the change. Cassie truly turned my frown upside down! The level of care I received from her was exceptional—I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else. Her dedication to her patients is truly commendable, and I left feeling confident and well-informed.
I am new to the area and had no idea where to book my eye exam etc. The staff at the Eye Care Center are so friendly and easy to work with. The doctor is also very kind and very thorough. Great experience and very happy I chose this company!
Considerate and caring staff. I find the Optometrist, Dr. Ng to be very thorough and attentive in addressing your needs/concerns. I would highly recommend this business for your eye care needs.
