I had an outstanding visit just now. I called last week and was offered an appointment as early as the next day but opted to schedule for the following week. I received a lovely reminder phone call two days ago. Upon walking in, Mark greeted me with a warm handshake. Once I completed the digital paperwork he then measured my current prescription, explained and guided me through all the various optical devices/exams. Really nice gentleman. Repaired my brothers glasses in a sec without any issues!
I wanted to try this place because it had good reviews. I accidentally missed my appointment. I called and they told me they have zero policy for that, not allowing me to reschedule. They never email me or messaged me to remind me. I wasn’t aware of their policy, so upset!
Brought my Ray-Ban Metas here about a year ago to fill prescription. A1 no issues a year later great work and great quality.
