I wanted to try this place because it had good reviews. I accidentally missed my appointment. I called and they told me they have zero policy for that, not allowing me to reschedule. They never email me or messaged me to remind me. I wasn’t aware of their policy, so upset!
Brought my Ray-Ban Metas here about a year ago to fill prescription. A1 no issues a year later great work and great quality.
My dad walked in with a broken glass frame from a lost screw. The service was extraordinary, something very hard to come by these days. It was done within 5 minutes. Thank you so much.
The guy working there was rude and unhelpful. He didn't feel like helping me when I asked to try on a pair of glasses! Place is always empty. Go somewhere else that actually cares about customer service. Above and beyond... yeah right!
Stepped on my glasses during work rushed in and Dave took care of me and didn’t even charge me highly recommended 👍
