So I bought a hat a week ago which didn't fit. Talk to the pro shop said bring it on down. 1) Nobody here could figure out how to do The exchange. 2.) nobody understood how to query/read the inventory or seem to have inventory issues. 3.) waited over 25 minutes to have them figure out how to do this return. 4. ) and the cherry on top... I actually had to pay an additional $2.14 for some reason to do the whole exchange. Sigh

Carolina Pro Shop is awesome. The manager Shawn has great customer service. I accidentally purchased a women’s jersey and didn’t realize until I was back in Atlanta. Shawn and his team took great care of me during the refund process. Totally recommend buying Canes gear from them.
I was looking for an item that was almost out of stock for a gift and after going back and forth in email and over the phone they couldn’t find any at first. Fast forward a couple days and they reached back out to let me know they found some! Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone is so kind and professional and I will be a forever customer because of this!
