I am so glad I started coming here! Dr O'Connor is just great and so is his office manager. My eye exam was friendly and informative, it definitely wasn't a chore to be there. Not only that, after requesting my prescription (it's out of pocket so costs are important) go to a certain place, Dr O'Connor price checked and asked if I would prefer to go to another place in the same town as the cost was $60 less. I absolutely love my eye doctor he is so nice and knowledged and always knows what to do or not to do always is accurate and they are just a great place all friendly
Great people, great experience
Does not return calls to schedule appointments. My insurance says they are accepting new patients they aren't but didn't have the decency to return my call and let me know. When I let them know my insurance said they were accepting new patients she very rudely said well we're not. I told her she should fix that with the insurance definitely better than ignoring or being rude.
Friendly and knowledgeable doctor took his time with the exam and answered all my questions! Great atmosphere! 10/10
