awful humans... I think they've a scam going on attempting to catch people from breakages that have been pre setup. picked up an item and was told don't break it? then told Ill take the money all day though for the breakage... follows around the store like you're a thief !!! I've been coming to old town for over a decade it doesnt fit with the values that old town was built on, this place needs to got avoid at all costs.
Yeaaa this owner like many other reviews have said is like a hawk just staring you doen as you look at stuff, making little comments every other minute. My family and i were just looking and he kept asking "if you need any help let me know" okay dude no need to say it like 3 times i heard you the first time. He kept makinh little comments whenever my 13 year old sister would touch something. Not returning here, I picked up an unboxed wood puzzle ON DISPLAY to analyze and was asked 3 times if i need something to let them know in a span of 30 seconds. I walked around the store and the employee (or owner) kept staring me down constantly repeating that if I need something to let him know like an NPC. I didn't feel comfortable buying anything in the store, very excitable staff. Afterwards, I overheard him pressuring someone into buying something because they looked at it.
