Lance is extremely incompetent. First of all, he is not a patent lawyer and simply an assistant to a lawyer in New York. He has very little knowledge in patent laws and yet takes a large portion of the fee as a middle man. As a middle man, his service is extremely slow, having to wait on the New York lawyer. Plus, he does not communicate clearly, adding to the slowness. At the end, I canceled the service and asked for the refund, but he is not refunding the money.
