I had a reservation for today and got an email that someone would reach out. No one did. I called, no answer. I emailed, no answer. Took an Uber and it goes to an apartment building. Don’t book with them.
It was terrible service. The cars are old and dirty. Our car generally broke down, the owner is arrogant and bald, he even didn’t respond to a request for help and solve the problem at all !!! He just ripped off our money. Never take this junk from this owner!
They were Very professional and had the vehicle for almost 2 days and it was just right for my stay on south beach.
Very smooth and easy process, nice people fun vehicles would definitely recommend!
