I went back inside because I realized they gave me the wrong color of what I had ordered. And the lady made me go through everything in my box one by one and she realized she had given me an extra yard each of the flock final and she literally took it back after I paid already. That is so rude and disrespectful. They don’t even know how to work with the vinyl or HTV. The lady kept calling vinyl stickers. Hi, so last week at 4:20pm on. Friday, I got a call from someone asking if they can pick up their order the next morning. I made a mistake and had the order down for the next week. It turns out that our cutter dosnt work so now I’m in a jam. I call Extreme back and asked if they could cut the vinyl for me.it was 4:35 at this time. Long story short Extreme Imprint stayed late to cut my pieces of vinyl and helped me out of a jam. They worked with me and kept calling to let me know how it was going.
