I came in for car wash wanted to know what is included in the $14 car wash. The guy refused to tell me. He pointed to the picture & said look at it. There was no description in words just pictures. All I wanted know if it came with wax. He said just look at the picture. I am 65 years old. I am not a code person. Very rude. To me that is not customer service. Now days people strive to give good customer service to all customers. This is not happening at this Chevron. I have 22 years of customer service. Bad experience.

Store employee was very rude. He said he could not take a split payment. So I gave him more change. Then he said I needed to roll it for them to take it. Where is the convience in rolling coins for a two dollar purchase. Worse experience ever.

Just went to restroom the store manager told me they were out of order because someone was installing a camera in both the restrooms i went anyway knowing she was lying but just to check i asked when I walked out " your putting cameras in the restroom she said " yeah to see it" what the?? Creepy
