Don't beleave the stars on any of these banks. We had nothing, but problems. People have access to your account in California buying stuff and wiping out your account. This has happened not just once, but every time you turn around. I'm not talking about hundreds of dollars, I'm talking about thousands. I hate all these banks. We are switching banks. I live in Thailand with my wife and just got off the phone with Extraco Banks and resolved our concerns with our ATM transactions. The representative was very helpful and cheerful and understood our problem and resolved it for us. Been banking with Extraco for over 26 years now and they have always been there for the glitches even after I moved here to Thailand 23 years ago to marry my wife.
