The Gatesville and Copperas Cove branches are the worst for car loans and general services. Over the course of a few years, they have shunned us on all requests for unjustifiable reasons. The latest is a single torn 20 dollar bill I had that tore in the wind on my farm and I could not find the other half. The teller told me it had to be 75 percent intact, according to "their policy".
