We had a Ute pick up my dying husband who can not walk without assistance he had to climb in to this without any help whilst I held onto the door. The guy didn’t even know where we were going too. It’s a total joke!!
BEWARE OF USING THIS SERVICE. I found staff to be thieves, liars and thugs. Office staff too busy trying to coverup their own mistakes to care that some of their staff are thieves, liars & thugs. Some cleaners are too busy stealing your personal belongings and medications. DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE with your elderly.
Expert care and reassurance was invaluable for myself with rehab at home service suffering 2 fractures in my spine,JANINE was my pillar of strength when i needed it,such a beautiful person easy to talk to about anything looked forward to her coming for my shower and a friendly face that I needed living alone,nothing was a bother and done quickly and professionally,recommended 100%
