Absolutely awful. Non-existent customer support. Do not do what they say they will, do not respond to messages, do not pick up the phone during business hours despite saying they have 24/7 support.
This company is horrible. I've been trying for 4 weeks to remedy a huge problem that they made and cost me $1128 because they spelt my name wrong and emailed the wrong address the confirmation number and itinerary. I made the reservation in September and realized I wasnt going to be able to go in the middle of October. I called dozens of times to cancel only to be told that it wasnt a reservation if I didn't have a confirmation number. IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG EMAIL BECAUSE THEY SPELT MY NAME WRONG!!!!
