My sister has been confined to her room since Friday Sept. 13 because of COVID. She has a great positive attitude and is making the best of the situation. Daytime staff is so caring, and compassionate, however, once they go home and the night staff comes on it's a different ballgame. This might be because they have limited staff. Mom is well looked after. We appreciate the excellent staff who are kind and willing to help.
The job is tough, and it is an easy job. Some of the workers also need to do better
From the bottom of my heart, I truly understand how extremely tough the staff's job description and duties must be. Unfortunately, it's perceived to be a bare minimum standard of living. Ive increased my rating over time because alot of staff do go above and beyond for the clients. Still recommend being actively involved with your loved one though. Stay involved.
