My father nearly died due to neglect and cruelty — do NOT trust this place I am disgusted and heartbroken by how my father has been treated at Extendicare. Specifically DOCTOR MORNE LOMBARD ODENDAAL. (apparently he has been nicknamed Doctor Death) My dad has progressive MS, is paralyzed from the waist down, and depends completely on the staff and doctor for proper medical care. Home not so sweet home. We have excellent staff here. Unfortunatly the dismal lack of "coverage" for absent staff significantly lowers the quality of care given.
My family and I are extremely grateful for the kind and caring staff at Extendicare Michener Hill. The staff are attentive and go the extra mile for my parents physical and emotional. Thank you so much for caring for our loved ones, I appreciate you so much!

this place sticks like weed all the time and thier are old men that expose themselfs, not a great place , for the handycaps
