My experience with NWG & Michener Hill involved serious payment issues and unprofessional practices. Multiple healthcare workers, including myself, experienced non-payment for completed work. I strongly advise others to proceed with EXTREME caution.

My father nearly died due to neglect and cruelty — do NOT trust this place I am disgusted and heartbroken by how my father has been treated at Extendicare. Specifically DOCTOR MORNE LOMBARD ODENDAAL. (apparently he has been nicknamed Doctor Death) My dad has progressive MS, is paralyzed from the waist down, and depends completely on the staff and doctor for proper medical care.
