This place has become quite filthy. Almost no care staff working here now. Or quite possibly the staff don't care. I see more of the staff outside smoking cigarettes then inside. Rooms and washrooms are absolutely filthy. We have to clean the washroom and our family members room every time we go visit. The mop water seems to only get changed once a day whether it needs it or not. That filthy wash water only gets dirtier from room to room and I can just imagine what was moped up in rooms previous.. Staff are so incredibly rude. Was not a pleasant experience
Nothing but gaslighting and manipulation so many horrors since covid. I thought we stopped restraining people in the 80s.
