Last year my mom had a stroke and lost her ability to walk, speak or write. It was the worst year of my life to date. I had very little time and availability of beds near the city. A spot opened up at Extendicare which was the second closest place to me from oxford and highbury. It was light and day from my other viable choice. So I went all in with Extendicare.
