Easy to work with and schedule. We did a family dive (2 adults, 2 kids) with the Discover Scuba class for our non-certified kids. Was a great way to introduce them to SCUBA. Michael S. was amazing, patient, and a great teacher for them. Shore dive from Airport Beach, saw some turtles, reef sharks, and plenty of fish and coral! Great way to do a low commitment SCUBA, timing was only about 2 hours! Highly recommend Michael!
The whole experience from booking to diving was beyond delightful! I could tell that these people love their jobs and that they are thrilled to share their love of the ocean with others . Gabby is one of the best dive Masters I've ever had, and I've had some good ones. She made sure everybody in the group saw all the creatures big and small. Extended Horizons is so much more than a dive shop. From the moment we booked, the team made us feel like they were personally invested in our trip. The owners put together a custom Maui itinerary for us based on our interests, complete with clickable links straight to maps and menus. It was sleek, thoughtful, and genuinely useful. We intended and hoped to dive Mala Pier, but a strong south swell made the visibility poor and our guide knew it and made another recommendation before we were in the water. We headed to Kahekili Beach (Airport Beach) instead and did two amazing dives with our wonderful guide Michael. I’m a more experienced diver but my wife and son are freshly certified. My instructor was very patient with me while I completed my Open Water class. It felt like they truly cared about what they did, and teaching me to be a confident diver.
