I used this service on August 25 to accompany a loved one from rehab to a doctor visit. The driver, Sam was on time, courteous and extremely helpful. If the vehicle was a little more modern this would be a 5 star review. Sam tried to avoid bumps on the road and was gentle crossing railroad tracks. I would definitely use this company again and hope that Sam is the driver!

Billy was great - on time to the minute and anticipating my needs above and beyond expectations. Extended Care was one less worry and made a concerning medical situation easier to deal with.

Service was excellent extended care called to make sure the time that appointment was correct The driver Billy was excellent courteous kind to my aunt. I will definitely be using them again.
