Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They get your order done quickly and call you with any changes or recommendations. Sent in a blown shock they fixed and tuned it for my riding style came back perfect. Switched my full suspension to front and back ext, not going back.

I've had my v3 Storia and my Era worked on here and these guys do a FANTASTIC job. They're clear communicators, on time, reasonably priced, and are wizards with suspension. Gary and Colton took care of my Era most recently, and absolutely transformed the ride on my G1. Despite me (6'5", 240 lbs, plowing riding style) being well outside the normal rider profile, they nailed the service and tune, taking the fork from worn seals, spikey, and overdamped to oil-tight and as smooth as butter.
