My little one had some hearing issues and I called this clinic based on distance and reviews. Penny was AMAZING, she got us in right away and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. She did an amazing job where my daughter didn't even flinch at the wax removal and was able to perform the hearing test with no issues.
