I worked with Raquel from Dr Lopez’s office and she made the process extremely easy and explained every step to me. Had an overall great experience
I need to renew my prescription so I called what I thought was express medical help line was actually Dr Lopez direct line. As a customer I thought well hey it was an honest mistake I had the numbers saved incorrectly. I received a text message that said “please text me” I replied and informed whomever that I was driving and I have a young passenger in my vehicle and that I needed to talk over the phone. I was considering transferring service until speaking to a customer service representative on the phone. He was VERY rude, condescending, and curt. After receiving this treatment on the phone, there was no way I could even consider this place. There are SO many other options. If I were you, I would look elsewhere.
