My mom transitioned to memory care from an Assisted Living Facility. It was an incredibly difficult transition that unfortunately my mom did not bounce back from. However, the care at White River that the staff gave for my mom and I was absolutely unmatched. They did not give up on my mom, even in her darkest moments. They continued to give her love, affection and care. I cannot say enough good things about WRAL! The facility is terrific, the food is good, with fun activities, and an enthusiastic, caring staff. All the caregivers are so compassionate and friendly, they become like a part of the family. If you are looking for a place for a loved one who needs extra care, or memory care, this is your place. My mom enjoyed her time here, and our family was very happy with how well she was cared for.

My Dad is a resident and appears to be happy here. He has dementia and struggles at times, but his caregivers are helpful, compassionate and do their best to divert his attention in a positive way. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and they offer lots of activities to entertain the residents, as well as provide things to do that are fun, easy and fulfilling. The cost is more than reasonable and helps us as a family to know that he is safe and well cared for. Thank you, all of you who work here! You are appreciated...
