The lady that works there named Veronica is very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I called about a ride on the weekend because I was told I needed an extra day for dialysis but that I would have to call the clinic on getting a time frame the day of. I understand that I needed to call a day in advance for a ride but Veronica was so mean about it. She gave no help. No options, no alternate transportation method and she hung-up on me while I was crying on the phone. She had no empathy for my situation. I can’t walk and need... read more
During the week Tuesday and Thursday the drivers and dispatchers are on time. But on Saturday I call and call and call with no answer . Then I'm either late to my dialysis or I don't go cause they don't show up. Only Saturdays and they advertise 24 hrs
Unreliable. Driver did not show up. Missed the doctor"s appointment. :(
